designed in 2006 specifically to make large formats and uses Sacmi\u2019s Continua technology in two lines: one with the 7200-ton press and a Continua Plus for large slabs.<br \/>The line \u201cContinua PH 7200\u201d requires, before pressing, a \u201ccontinuous\u201d pre-compaction phase of the multilayer or full-body slab. <br \/>The \u201cContinua Plus\u201d, on the other hand, can produce slabs up to 120 \u00d7 250 cm without using a mold and therefore with great possibilities to adapt to the formats required by the designers.<br \/>The special decorative effects characterised by true depth are achieved without the use of glazes, but only by the distribution of mass-coloured porcelain mixtures.<br \/>he production process of GIGACER involves the preliminary preparation of semi-finished products in large slabs of 120X120 or 120X250 cm porcelain stoneware, multilayer or full-body, which can be subsequently cut and cold \u2013 modified in many other formats and surfaces.<br \/>This series of slabs characterized by material aspects and superior technical prerogatives, is produced with mixtures formulated exclusively with natural raw materials, using \u201cContinua\u201d technology since 2007.<br \/>Being able to have two \u201cContinua\u201d lines, with the only difference in pressing, allows the company to have a remarkable flexibility in its service to the market: while the semi-finished slabs are always kept available in the warehouse, the individual formats can be produced at the time of request. <br \/>The timeliness of delivery is therefore guaranteed together with the possibility of having different formats in the same shade of color, precisely because they are obtained from a single semi-finished
